The access to the building facility was easy. However; The second floor was not quickly accessible. It’s very cold inside, so that wasn’t a plus. I believe security should be also be hired for safety. On another positive note, the online process was easy.

They have recently started charging me $279 per month from $230, starting Oct 2022. I had lost my job at the end of Oct, partially due to my age (64) and that I have symptoms from multiple cancer operations - perfect timing! So in order for me to get a better rate I'll need to move out and start as new renter there or somewhere else. Been at Bay Shore for 4 1/2 years (and 7 - 10 years at a different location) testing my loyalty by jacking up the monthly rate ($185 - $279/ month increase).Can't be loyal for too much longer,I'll go broke!
