St. Cloud Country Club is currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Saint Cloud, MN.

Join our team for the perfect opportunity to work outdoors, network with golfers worldwide, and enjoy a flexible schedule with potential for high earnings. We prioritize safety for both our caddies and patrons, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent customer service, course knowledge, and creating a memorable golfing experience.

Ideal candidates from are those with availability for full-day shifts, including weekends. Depending on availability, caddies have the opportunity to earn a significant income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Cheerful interaction with golfers and club visitors with a focus on customer service
Accompanying golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Providing course information and assistance with decision-making
Calculating yardage and locating errant shots
Maintaining the course and cleaning clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
General golf knowledge with the ability to play or assist another golfer
Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
Physical capability to carry two golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times daily
Previous experience in roles such as server, bartender, customer service, or other outdoor/recreational positions is a plus.
