Join our team at Long Bow Golf Club as we are currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Walker, MN. Whether you are passionate about golf or looking for an exciting new opportunity, this position is perfect for students who want to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over the world. Our team has implemented strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both caddies and patrons, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional customer service, building camaraderie, and managing the course.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Engage with Golfers and club visitors with a positive attitude and first-class customer service
Accompany Golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share course knowledge and information with golfers
Assist golfers in decision-making and provide yardage calculations
Locate lost golf balls and maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls to ensure a great experience for golfers

Education and Experience Requirements:
General golf knowledge, with no requirement for professional golf experience
Outgoing personality with a dedication to customer service
Physically capable of carrying two heavy bags while walking the course multiple times a day
Previous experience in service-related roles such as Server, Bartender, Customer Service, or roles in outdoor recreation may be beneficial in this role.
