St. Charles Golf Club is currently seeking year-round golf caddies in St. Charles, MN.

Whether you're a passionate golfer or looking for an exciting new opportunity on the course, this position is perfect for students who want to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over. Our team has implemented strict safety measures to keep both you and our guests safe, so you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and managing the course effectively.

Ideal candidates should have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends as needed. Caddies have the potential to earn a significant income based on their availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Engage with golfers and club visitors with a positive attitude and top-notch customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Provide course information and assistance to golfers
Aid with decision-making and yardage calculations
Locate misplaced shots and help maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:
Possess general golf knowledge and have the ability to play or support other golfers (professional expertise is not required)
Demonstrate outgoing personality and customer-first mindset
Physically able to carry two 35-pound bags while walking the course multiple times a day
Previous experience in service, hospitality, customer service, retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighting, EMS, or related outdoor roles is a plus and will be considered
