Midland Hills Country Club is seeking golf caddies in Saint Paul, MN!

Are you a student looking for a fun outdoor job that allows you to network with golfers from around the world? Look no further! Our team has implemented strong safety protocols so you can focus on providing top-notch customer service and enhancing the golfer experience.

Ideal candidates have flexible schedules and can work full days, including weekends. Depending on availability, caddies have the potential to earn great money.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Cheerfully engage with golfers and club visitors, providing excellent customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share course knowledge and information with golfers
Assist golfers with decision-making and yardage calculations
Help locate errant shots and maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
General golf knowledge is required, but professional experience is not necessary
Must be outgoing with a customer-first attitude
Physically capable of carrying 35-pound golf bags while walking the course multiple times a day
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or other outdoor roles is a plus
