Lost Spur Country Club is looking to hire golf caddies in Saint Paul, MN

If you love golf or are seeking a fun new job outdoors, this is a great opportunity for students to work outside and interact with golfers from all over. We have implemented strict safety measures to protect both you and our customers, allowing you to focus on providing excellent customer service, building relationships, and managing the course.

Ideal candidates should have a flexible schedule and be available to work full days, including weekends. Caddies have the potential to earn a significant income based on availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Engage with golfers and club visitors with a positive attitude and excellent customer service
Go with golfers through the entire course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share course knowledge and information
Help golfers with decision-making
Measure yardage for golfers
Find stray shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
Basic golf knowledge, enough to play or assist another golfer - professional expertise is not necessary
Friendly and customer-oriented personality
Physical ability to carry two 35-pound bags while walking the course multiple times a day
Candidates with experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, landscaping, sales, valet, emergency services, or outdoor roles are encouraged to apply
