Regulation Eighteen Course at Falcon Ridge Golf Course is looking for year-round golf caddies in Stacy, MN

Whether you’re a golf enthusiast or seeking a new and exciting career on the course, this role provides students with the opportunity to work outdoors and interact with golfers from all over the globe. Our team has implemented rigorous safety measures to protect both you and our patrons, allowing you to concentrate on delivering a top-notch golfer experience, fostering camaraderie, and managing the course effectively.

Ideal candidates possess flexible schedules and are available to work full days, including weekends, as required. Caddies have the potential to earn a substantial income based on their availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
• Engage enthusiastically with Golfers and club visitors, providing exceptional customer service
• Accompany Golfers throughout the entire course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
• Offer course information and knowledge
• Aid golfers in decision-making
• Calculate yardage for golfers
• Locate misplaced shots
• Preserve the course
• Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Possess a basic understanding of golf, with the ability to play or guide another golfer. Professional golf experience is not necessary.
• Demonstrate an outgoing personality and prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Physically capable of carrying two 35-pound bags while traversing the golf course multiple times per day.
• Previous experience in roles such as Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor or recreational positions will be considered.
