Calling all students! Chesapeake Bay Golf Club Rising Sun is seeking year-round golf caddies in Rising Sun, MD.

Whether you're a golf enthusiast or looking to start a new career on the course, this position offers the chance to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over. Our team has implemented strict safety measures to protect you and our patrons, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the golfer experience.

Ideal candidates have flexible schedules and can work full days, including weekends. Caddies have the potential to earn significant income based on their availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Engage with golfers and club visitors in a friendly manner
Accompany golfers on the course, carrying bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Offer course knowledge and assist with decision-making
Calculate yardage and locate errant shots
Maintain the course and clean clubs and balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
Basic golf knowledge is preferred, though pro experience is not necessary
Outgoing personality with a focus on customer service
Physically fit to carry two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, landscaping, or outdoor roles is a plus
