Green White Course at Wakefield Valley Golf & Conference Center is currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Westminster, MD.

Whether you are an enthusiastic golfer or looking to start a new and exciting career on the course, this position is the perfect opportunity for students to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over the world. Our team has implemented strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both you and our patrons, allowing you to focus on providing excellent customer service, building camaraderie, and managing the course efficiently.

Ideal candidates from will have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends when necessary. Depending on availability, caddies have the potential to earn a significant income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Cheerfully interact with golfers and club visitors, delivering top-notch customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share course knowledge and information with golfers
Assist golfers in decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots
Maintain the course in good condition
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
Possess basic golf knowledge, allowing you to play or guide another golfer. Professional golf experience is not mandatory
Have an outgoing personality and prioritize customer satisfaction
Be physically capable of carrying two 35-pound bags while walking multiple rounds on the golf course each day
Candidates with previous experience in roles such as server, waiter, bartender, hospitality, customer service, golf retail, general retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor recreational positions are also encouraged to apply.
