We are seeking enthusiastic year-round golf caddies in Rockville, MD

Whether you're a golf enthusiast or looking for a new and exciting opportunity, this position is perfect for students to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over the world. Our team has implemented strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both you and our patrons, allowing you to focus on providing excellent customer service, fostering camaraderie, and managing the course efficiently.

Ideal candidates should have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends, as required. Caddies have the potential to earn substantial income based on availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Interact cheerfully with golfers and club visitors, offering exceptional customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Provide course information and knowledge
Aid golfers in decision-making
Assist in calculating yardage
Help locate misplaced shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
Possess basic golf knowledge and the ability to play or assist other golfers. Professional golf experience is not mandatory.
Have an outgoing personality with a focus on customer service
Be physically capable of carrying two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking multiple times throughout the golf course each day
Candidates with previous experience in roles such as Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, or other Outdoor or Recreational positions will also be considered.
