What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Engage with Golfers and club visitors with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service
Accompany Golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share course knowledge and offer guidance
Assist golfers in decision-making
Calculate yardage and locate errant shots
Maintain the course and clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess general golf knowledge, even if you do not have professional experience
Display outgoing and customer-focused personality traits
Be physically capable of carrying heavy bags and walking the course multiple times a day
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, landscaping, or outdoor roles is a plus, but not required.
