Whether you are a golf enthusiast or looking for a new and exciting opportunity, this position is perfect for students who want to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over the globe. We have implemented strict safety protocols to ensure both you and our patrons are safe on and off the course, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service, building camaraderie, and managing the course effectively.

Ideal candidates have flexible schedules and are available to work full days, including weekends as needed. Depending on your availability, caddies have the potential to earn significant income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
• Engage with golfers and club visitors with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service
• Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each
• Provide course knowledge and valuable information to golfers
• Assist golfers in decision-making processes
• Calculate yardage for golfers
• Locate errant shots
• Help maintain the course
• Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
• General knowledge of golf, with the ability to play or assist another golfer. Professional golf experience is not necessary.
• Outgoing personality with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Physically able to carry up to two golf bags weighing 35 pounds each while walking multiple rounds of the course daily
• Previous experience in roles such as server, waiter, bartender, hospitality, customer service, golf retail, general retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor/recreational positions will be considered.
