Harry Pitt Executive Course at Manor Country Club is currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Rockville, MD.

Whether you're a golf enthusiast or looking for an exciting new opportunity on the course, this position is ideal for students who enjoy working outdoors and engaging with golfers from all over the world. Our team has implemented strict safety protocols to protect both you and our patrons, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional customer service, fostering camaraderie, and managing the course effectively.

Ideal candidates should have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends, as required. Depending on availability, caddies have the potential to earn a significant income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Cheerfully interact with golfers and club visitors, delivering top-notch customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Offer course knowledge and information
Assist golfers with decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess a basic understanding of golf, with the ability to play or assist another golfer. Professional golf experience is not mandatory.
Display an outgoing and customer-centric personality
Physically capable of carrying two 35-pound bags while walking the course multiple times per day
Previous experience in roles such as server, waiter, bartender, hospitality, customer service, golf retail, general retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor/recreational positions is a plus.
