Hampshire Greens Golf Course is seeking year-round golf caddies in Silver Spring, MD

Looking for the opportunity to work outside, network with golfers from around the world, and potentially earn significant money? Whether you are a golf enthusiast or seeking a new experience on the course, this position is perfect for students. Our team prioritizes safety protocols, allowing you to focus on providing excellent customer service and enhancing the golfer experience.

Ideal candidates will have flexible schedules with availability for full days and weekends as needed.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
• Cheerfully engage with Golfers and club visitors, delivering first-class customer service
• Accompany Golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each
• Provide course knowledge and information
• Assist with decision-making and yardage calculation
• Locate errant shots and maintain the course
• Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
• General knowledge of golf, but professional experience is not necessary
• Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
• Physically capable of carrying two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, or outdoor roles is a plus.
