I just rented a 10x30. My experience was pleasant. Geena was very helpful. I appreciate that security is very important to them. As opposed to my previous storage facility. Only 2 amenities I wish were there. A light inside my storage unit, and a free moving truck. Also, a later time for gates to close. Maybe 9:00pm. Pricing is good in relationship to the unit sizes.

The storage facility is thoughtfully laid out. Well organized. Clean and neat. Easy drive up access, enough space to easily manuever pretty good-sized Uhaul trucks, and vigilant security. The regular staff person on duty is knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service, clearly communicating the rules and expectations. Good flexibility in accommodating tenants within those guidelines. Made move-in a breeze.
