We are currently hiring year-round golf caddies in Vista, CA!

If you are a student looking for a fun and rewarding job on the golf course, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Our team has worked hard to implement safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for everyone. You will have the chance to work outside, network with golfers from all over the world, and focus on providing excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates from will have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends. Depending on your availability, caddies have the opportunity to earn significant income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Cheerfully engage with Golfers and club visitors, providing top-notch customer service
Accompany Golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each
Offer course knowledge and information
Assist golfers with decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Help locate errant shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
General golf knowledge and a passion for the game
Outgoing personality with a focus on customer satisfaction
Physical capability to carry two bags up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times a day
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or outdoor recreational roles is a plus, but not required.
