Our team prioritizes safety protocols to ensure a secure environment both on and off the course, allowing you to focus on providing top-notch service, building relationships with players, and effectively managing the course.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
• Interact enthusiastically with golfers and club visitors, offering exceptional customer service
• Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each
• Share course knowledge and important information
• Aid golfers in decision-making
• Calculate yardage for golfers
• Assist in locating errant shots
• Help in maintaining the course
• Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
• Possess basic knowledge of golf, with the ability to either play or assist other golfers
• Display an outgoing personality and prioritize customer satisfaction
• Physically capable of carrying two 35-pound golf bags while walking the course multiple times per day
• Previous experience in service-oriented roles such as Server, Waiter, Bartender, or Customer Service is a plus. Other relevant experience includes Golf Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor/recreational positions.
