Calling all students in Vallejo, CA - Mare Island Golf Club is looking for enthusiastic golf caddies year-round!

Whether you're a golf aficionado or looking to kickstart a new adventure on the course, this position offers students the opportunity to work outdoors and connect with golfers worldwide. Our team prioritizes safety protocols to keep both you and our patrons safe, allowing you to focus on enhancing the golfer experience, fostering camaraderie, and managing the course effectively.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Provide exceptional customer service to golfers and club visitors
Accompany golfers while carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each
Share course knowledge and information
Assist golfers in decision-making processes
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
General golf knowledge is preferred, professional expertise is not mandatory
Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
Physical ability to carry two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Previous experience in service, hospitality, customer service, golf or general retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighting, EMS, or similar roles is a plus.
