Attention all golf enthusiasts! Buenaventura Golf Course is currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Ventura, CA. This is a great opportunity for students to work outdoors, meet golfers from all over the world, and earn significant income, especially on weekends. We have implemented strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our caddies and patrons.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
• Engage with golfers and club visitors, offering exceptional customer service
• Accompany golfers during their round, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each
• Share course knowledge and information
• Aid golfers in making decisions
• Calculate yardage for golfers
• Find errant shots
• Maintain the course
• Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
• Possess basic golf knowledge
• Be friendly and customer-oriented
• Physically able to carry two 35-pound bags while walking the course multiple times a day
• Previous experience in service, hospitality, customer service, sales, or other outdoor roles is a plus
