Boundary Oak Golf Course is currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Walnut Creek, CA.

Whether you are a passionate golfer or looking to embark on a new and thrilling career on the course, this position provides students with the opportunity to work outdoors and interact with golfers from all over the globe. Our team has implemented strict safety measures to ensure the well-being of both caddies and patrons, allowing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional customer service, fostering camaraderie, and managing the course efficiently.

Ideal candidates from possess flexible schedules and are available to work full days, including weekends, as required. Depending on availability, caddies have the potential to earn a substantial income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Cheerfully engage with golfers and club visitors, providing top-notch customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course while carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Offer course knowledge and information
Aid golfers in decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess general golf knowledge, enabling you to play or assist other golfers. Formal golf experience is not mandatory.
Display an outgoing personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Physically able to carry two bags, each weighing up to 35 pounds, and navigate the golf course multiple times per day
Previous experience in service-related roles such as server, waiter, bartender, or in hospitality, customer service, golf retail, general retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighting, EMS support, or other outdoor or recreational positions would be advantageous.
