Position Summary: As a Customer Service Associate at Learning Forward, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring positive customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities include addressing inquiries, comments, and complaints while embodying a helpful attitude and friendly demeanor. Proficiency in data input with meticulous attention to detail is essential, as you'll be responsible for accurately updating customer records and managing various administrative tasks. You'll interact with customers via various channels such as phone, email, webchat, and fax, utilizing your exceptional data entry skills to maintain precise records and provide timely responses.

Proficiency in sales and organizational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and time management.
Ability to prioritize tasks and function in a high-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

This position is for 20-25 hours a week. Pay is between $15-$18 per hour depending on experience. Regular office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. The office is located in Oxford OH near Miami University.

Learning Forward is open to flexible working hours to accommodate a school schedule. Ability to travel a plus.
