The code to enter is way too long, and the need to enter it both for the sliding doors and the elevator slows things way down. Also the lip on the sliding door track causes objects to fall off the dolly frequently. Would love to see these elements of the otherwise GREAT experience fixed!

Once I got there, the associates were very friendly and welcoming. The unit I had initially reserved was not the appropriate size for items I wanted to store. The associate quickly remedied the situation and I’m very happy with the unit she offered me. Thank you life storage.
