Position: Golf Caddie

West Point Golf Course is looking for year-round golf caddies in West Point, NY.

Whether you're an avid golfer or looking for a new and exciting career on the course, this opportunity is perfect for students to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over the world. Our team has implemented strong safety protocols to keep you and our patrons safe both on and off the course, allowing you to focus on providing top-notch customer service, building camaraderie, and managing the course.

Ideal candidates should have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends. Depending on availability, caddies have the potential to earn a substantial income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Engage with golfers and club visitors with a cheerful attitude, delivering excellent customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Offer course knowledge and information to golfers
Assist golfers in decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
General golf knowledge is required, professional golf experience is not necessary
Must be outgoing with a customer-first personality
Physically capable of carrying two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times a day
Candidates with experience in server, waiter, bartender, hospitality, customer service, golf retail, general retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor and recreational roles will also be considered.
