What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
• Interact cheerfully with golfers and club visitors, offering excellent customer service
• Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
• Share course knowledge and information
• Assist golfers in decision-making
• Calculate yardage for golfers
• Find errant shots
• Help maintain the course
• Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
• possess basic golf knowledge, enough to play or assist other golfers; professional experience is not necessary
• Be outgoing and prioritize customer satisfaction
• Be physically able to carry two heavy bags while walking the length of the course multiple times a day
• Candidates with experience in service, hospitality, customer service, golf or general retail, landscaping, sales, and other outdoor roles are also welcome to apply.
