East Course at Webster Golf Club is currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Webster, NY

Whether you are a golf enthusiast or looking for a dynamic new career in the golf industry, this position provides students with the chance to work outdoors and interact with golfers from all over the globe. Our team has implemented stringent safety measures to ensure the well-being of both our caddies and patrons, allowing you to prioritize providing exceptional customer service, fostering camaraderie, and managing the golf course.

Ideal candidates should have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work full days, including weekends when required. Caddies have the potential to earn a significant income based on their availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Engage in a friendly manner with golfers and club visitors, offering top-notch customer service
Accompany golfers along the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Provide course knowledge and information to players
Assist golfers in decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots on the course
Maintain the course's cleanliness
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
Possess basic golf knowledge and be able to play or assist other golfers. Previous professional golf experience is not mandatory.
Possess an outgoing personality with a customer-centric approach
Physically able to carry two golf bags, each weighing up to 35 pounds, while walking the golf course multiple times per day
Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, golf or general retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighting, EMS, or other outdoor/recreational roles will also be considered.
