Pleasant Knolls Course at Turning Stone Casino Resort in Verona, NY is seeking year-round golf caddies

Whether you’re a golf enthusiast or looking to start a new career on the course, this position offers students the chance to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over. Our team prioritizes safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons, allowing you to focus on providing a top-notch golfer experience, building camaraderie, and managing the course.

Ideal candidates should have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends as needed. Caddies have the potential to earn a substantial income based on availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Interact with golfers and club visitors in a friendly manner, offering excellent customer service
Accompany golfers during their round, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Provide course information and support decision-making for golfers
Assist with yardage calculations and locating lost shots
Help maintain the course and clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess basic golf knowledge, sufficient to either play or guide another golfer. Professional golf expertise is not mandatory.
Display outgoing personality and prioritize customer satisfaction
Ability to carry two 35-pound bags while walking the length of the course multiple times daily
Previous experience in service-oriented roles such as waiter, bartender, or in customer service is a plus, as well as experience in outdoor or recreational positions.
