Kaluhyat Course at Turning Stone Casino Resort is seeking year-round golf caddies in Verona, NY.

Whether you’re an avid golfer or looking to kickstart a new career on the course, this position offers students the chance to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over the world. Our team has implemented strict safety measures to ensure both your well-being and that of our patrons, allowing you to focus on enhancing the golfer experience, building camaraderie, and managing the course efficiently.

Ideal candidates from have flexible schedules and are available to work full days, including weekends when needed. Depending on your availability, caddies have the potential to earn substantial income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
• Engage with Golfers and club visitors in a friendly manner, providing top-notch customer service
• Accompany Golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
• Share course information and knowledge
• Assist golfers in their decision-making process
• Determine yardage for golfers
• Locate lost shots
• Maintain course conditions
• Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
• Possess basic golf knowledge, with the ability to play or assist another golfer. Professional golf expertise is not mandatory.
• Display an outgoing personality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Capable of carrying two 35-pound bags while walking the course multiple times a day.
• Consideration given to candidates with previous roles in: Serving, Bartending, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighting, EMS, or other outdoor/recreational positions.
