Great Rock Golf Club is seeking year-round golf caddies in Wading River, NY

Whether you're a passionate golfer or looking for a new and exciting opportunity on the golf course, this position is perfect for students who enjoy working outdoors and connecting with golfers from all over the world. Our team has implemented strict safety protocols to protect both you and our patrons, allowing you to focus on providing a top-notch golfer experience, fostering camaraderie, and managing the course efficiently.

Ideal candidates should have a flexible schedule, with the availability to work full days, including weekends. Depending on your availability, caddies have the potential to earn a significant income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Engage cheerfully with golfers and club visitors, offering exceptional customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share course knowledge and information
Assist golfers with decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
Possess basic golf knowledge, with the ability to play or guide another golfer. Professional golf expertise is not mandatory.
Be outgoing and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Physically able to carry two 35-pound bags while walking the course multiple times per day.
Candidates with experience in roles such as server, waiter, bartender, hospitality, customer service, golf retail, general retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor or recreational positions may also be considered.
