Cronins Golf Resort is seeking year-round golf caddies in Warrensburg, NY

Our team has implemented strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both our caddies and patrons, allowing you to focus on providing a top-notch golfer experience, fostering camaraderie, and managing the course effectively.

Ideal candidates should have a flexible schedule, willing to work full days, including weekends as required. Caddies have the potential to earn a substantial income based on their availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Cheerfully interact with Golfers and club visitors, offering excellent customer service
Accompany Golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each
Provide valuable course knowledge and information
Assist golfers in decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess basic golf knowledge, able to play or assist other golfers. Professional golf experience is not necessary.
Possess an outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
Physical capability to carry two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times per day
Previous experience in roles such as Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor or recreational positions is a plus.
