Byrncliff Resort & Conference Center is currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Varysburg, NY.

Our team has implemented thorough safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both you and our patrons, allowing you to concentrate on providing top-notch customer service, fostering camaraderie, and managing the course effectively.

Ideal candidates from should have a flexible schedule and be available to work full days, including weekends when necessary. Depending on your availability, caddies have the potential to earn a significant income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Cheerfully engage with golfers and club visitors, delivering exceptional customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Offer course knowledge and information
Assist golfers in decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess a basic understanding of golf, with the ability to play or assist other golfers. Professional golf experience is not mandatory.
Be outgoing and prioritize customer satisfaction
Be physically capable of carrying two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times per day
Candidates with prior experience in roles such as Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor or recreational positions may also be considered.
