This elevator building has laundry facility.

Perfect for Female - student or Traveling Nurse. Only 1 person is allowed to apply.

I have 2 other rooms 1 room is where i will stay and I am renting 2 rooms.

Kitchen Living room and restroom is shared. Please note thorough Credit, Criminal and background check will be conducted with all paperwork.

Please note that if you wanted to rent this room you will If you want to move forward with a room there is an $45 application fee ( non refundable ) and also will go through a credit, criminal and eviction process

Also We will need paperwork after criminal and background check:

last 3 Pay stubs,
Last 2 months of Bank statements,
ID,
Landlord reference letter,
last year or tax return ( first two pages) etc .
