Customer Service was great. Andrea and I forget the other woman's name were nice and super helpful. Although the deal that I signed up for online was not valid? So I had to move into a smaller unit to get a promotional discount. Also there were a bunch of issues with the elevator/my code which was eventually resolved. and when I came back to move more stuff in, one of the carts had a bum wheel which was incredibly annoying.
