The house is spacious (4,000 sf), in great condition, w/ wooden floors throughout, stained glass, mantels, an updated kitchen, a living room & sunroom on the 1st floor.

Your south-facing light-filled bedroom has two large windows, will be semi-furnished with a queen size bed & dresser. It has a small closet. You would share a bathroom. There is also a half bath on the 1st floor.

Utilities are divided among the roommates (BGE, water, internet, bi-weekly cleaners).

Roommates: working professionals (late 20s to early 40s) & 2 cats, all transplants to Bmore, & have fiercely adopted this city as our own. We value space/down time, but we're also involved in various activities. While none of us is a big partier, we've been known to host dinner parties periodically.
