Herons Ridge is looking for enthusiastic golf caddies to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA

Whether you're a seasoned golfer or looking for a new adventure on the golf course, this role is perfect for students who want to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over the world. We prioritize safety for our team and patrons, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and managing the course.

Ideal candidates have flexible schedules and can work full days, including weekends, for the opportunity to earn significant income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Engage with golfers and club visitors with a positive attitude and excellent customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each
Offer course knowledge, assist with decision-making, and calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots and maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
General knowledge of golf is required, professional experience is not necessary
Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
Ability to carry two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking multiple times throughout the course
Consideration given to candidates with previous experience in customer service, retail, landscaping, or other outdoor roles.
