Two Rivers Country Club is currently seeking golf caddies in Williamsburg, VA.

Whether you're a golf enthusiast or looking for a rewarding position on the course, this opportunity is perfect for students to enjoy the outdoors and interact with golfers from all over the world. We prioritize safety for both you and our patrons, allowing you to focus on providing excellent customer service, fostering camaraderie, and assisting with course management.

Ideal candidates should have a flexible schedule and be available to work full days, including weekends. Caddies have the potential to earn a significant income based on availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Engage with Golfers and club visitors in a friendly manner, offering top-notch customer service
Accompany Golfers on the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Offer course knowledge and guidance
Help golfers make decisions
Calculate yardage
Find errant shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:
Possess basic golf knowledge and the ability to play or assist another golfer. Professional golf experience is not necessary.
Have a friendly and customer-focused demeanor
Be physically fit to carry two golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times daily
Previous experience in roles such as Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor/recreational positions is a plus.
