Hells Point Golf Club is currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Virginia Beach, VA.

Whether you’re a golf enthusiast or looking to kick start a new career on the course, this position is a great opportunity for students to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over the world. Our team has implemented strong safety protocols to ensure both you and our patrons are safe, both on and off the course, allowing you to focus on providing a great golfer experience, building camaraderie, and managing the course effectively.

Ideal candidates should have flexible schedules and be willing to work full days, including weekends, as necessary. Depending on availability, caddies have the potential to earn a substantial income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
• Engage with golfers and club visitors in a friendly manner, delivering top-notch customer service
• Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
• Offer course knowledge and information to golfers
• Aid golfers in making decisions
• Calculate yardage for golfers
• Locate errant shots
• Maintain the course properly
• Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
• Possess a general knowledge of golf, with the ability to play or assist other golfers. Professional golf experience is not necessary.
• Have an outgoing personality with a strong focus on customer service.
• Be physically capable of carrying two 35-pound bags while walking the length of the golf course multiple times per day.
• Candidates with experience in server, waiter, bartender, hospitality, customer service, golf retail, general retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor or recreational roles will be considered.
