We are currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Williamsburg, VA at Bray Links Course at Kingsmill Golf Club & Resort.

Are you a student looking for an opportunity to work outside and network with golfers from around the world? Whether you're a seasoned golfer or just starting out, this position could be the perfect fit. Our team has implemented strong safety protocols to keep both you and our patrons safe, allowing you to focus on providing an exceptional golfer experience, fostering camaraderie, and managing the course.

Ideal candidates from will have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends as needed. Depending on your availability, caddies have the potential to earn significant income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Cheerfully engage with Golfers and club visitors, providing top-notch customer service
Accompany Golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each
Offer course knowledge and information
Assist golfers with decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots
Help maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
General golf knowledge required, professional experience not necessary
Outgoing personality with a customer-first attitude
Physical capability to carry two golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking multiple times around the course
Previous experience in service, hospitality, customer service, or other related roles is a plus.
