We prioritize safety for both our caddies and patrons, allowing you to focus on creating a memorable golfer experience, building camaraderie, and managing the course efficiently.

Ideal candidates should have a flexible schedule and be available to work full days, including weekends, as necessary. Caddies have the potential to earn significant income based on their availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Engage with golfers and club visitors in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Offer course knowledge and information to golfers
Assist golfers in decision-making and recommend strategies
Calculate yardage for golfers and locate any lost shots
Maintain the cleanliness of the course
Clean clubs and golf balls for golfers

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess general golf knowledge; professional experience is not required
Display an outgoing and customer-centric personality
Physically able to carry two golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times per day
Previous experience in service, hospitality, retail, landscaping, or outdoor roles is a plus for consideration.
