Blackheath Course at Fords Colony at Williamsburg is currently seeking year-round golf caddies in Williamsburg, VA.

Whether you're an avid golfer or looking for a fun new opportunity on the course, this position is perfect for students to work outdoors and connect with golfers from all over. We have implemented strong safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both our caddies and patrons, allowing you to focus on providing a great golfer experience, building relationships, and managing the course efficiently.

Ideal candidates should have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends as required. Caddies have the potential to earn a substantial income based on availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Engage with golfers and club visitors in a friendly manner, offering top-notch customer service
Accompany golfers for the entire course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share course knowledge and information with golfers
Assist golfers in decision-making on the course
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate misplaced shots
Help maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess basic golf knowledge, enough to play or guide another golfer. Professional golf experience is not necessary.
Have an outgoing personality with a customer-focused attitude
Be physically able to carry two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking multiple rounds on the golf course daily
Candidates with prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, landscaping, sales, valet, or outdoor recreational positions will also be considered.
