At River Course at Kingsmill Golf Club & Resort, we prioritize safety for our caddies and patrons with strict protocols in place, allowing you to focus on enhancing the golfer experience and course management.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies:
Engage with Golfers and club visitors with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service
Accompany Golfers on the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share course knowledge and useful information with golfers
Aid golfers in making decisions and calculating yardage
Locate errant shots and assist in maintaining the course
Keep clubs and golf balls clean during play

Education and Experience Requirements:
Possess basic golf knowledge to play or assist other golfers; professional expertise not necessary
Display a friendly and customer-focused personality
Physically able to carry two golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times per day
Consideration given to candidates with experience in areas such as customer service, hospitality, retail, landscaping, and outdoor recreational roles like firefighter or EMS personnel.
