This was my second time using a storage unit but my first time with Storage King. My experience was quick and easy. I spoke with a representative when I had a question (I don’t recall his name) but he was extremely helpful and attentive. He made me happy with my choice to choose Storage King. Everything else was handled online and the unit was ready when I arrived.

I did it online for the first time ever. Customer service specialist was excellent at his job. He made my experience very easy and calm, because I was anxious and had been searching for a storage all morning. He was funny too. My husband had nothing but good things to say about everyone there.
