 Pros: Very nice.
Good notes, but do not help on exams.
A lot of homework so a lot of extra grades.
Cons: Exams are nothing like the homework material given.
Doesn't explain material thoroughly.
Talks more about personal experiences rather than notes.
She is not the best professor, but she is very nice and willing to help whenever you need it. Notes and home works are nothing like what is on the exam, but help when you fail the exam. Lots of homework modules on-line.

 She is not a good teacher at all and her lectures are terrible.

 Many people don't like Lynch, but i think she's an amazing teacher because she has actually worked in the accounting field. She gives great examples and shows you how accounting can apply in real life situations. Yes, she is a difficult teacher, but i would rather learn the material the right way first.
