Perhaps one of the worst bio teachers i've had but don't fret it's still possible to get an A if you can get past her inability to teach. She teaches at a very simplistic level and her test don't reflect. Her test are long with wordy and confusing questions. Both exams this semester required scaling. Keetings exams are easier so build your grade up in keeting's portion of the course.
Her class isn't TOO terribly difficult. She's like most of the other BIO teachers I've had at WVU, maybe a bit harder. She is new though, so I would definitely recommend taking someone else if you can. She has trouble understanding how a curve works. She barely curved our first test. Pretty much every student had to complain to her during her office hours for that to change.

She is THE WORST biol professor I have ever had... if you can get away with it... DO NOT TAKE HER!!! She is very hard to understand and most of the time she has no idea what she is talking about and loses her train of thought frequently
Mariam is the worst proffessor I have EVER had, but she splits the class with Phillip Keeting, who isn't as bad. |
