Empathy Home Care Inc is currently looking for an activities coordinator for their group homes located in Crystal, Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn center, Minnesota! In this position, the activities coordinator will lead activities, socialize with clients, assist with community outings, as well as personal care assistance for some participants. This position requires transporting clients to and from the community with company provided vehicles.

 

The Activities Coordinator functions as an advocate and supporter to our residents. They assist individuals develop basic living and social skills to gain optimal independence and integration into the community. 

 

 

•                                       Full Time positions, Monday-Friday (typically 9:00am-5:00pm)

•                                       No nights/weekends

•                                       Compassionate 

•                                       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•                                       18 years or older

•                                       Able to pass a MN DHS Background Study

•                                       Valid Driver's License, car insurance

•                                       Prefer past experience as DSP or related position
