Our client, a full-service, Am Law 200 law firm with offices in 13 locations is actively seeking a qualified attorney with a minimum of three years of experience in securities and private investment fund formation to join their growing Business Transactions practice group.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in securities and private investment fund formation.
• Experience or a strong interest in working with public companies, startups, founders, and venture capital firms in company formation.
• Corporate governance, securities law, angel investments, and venture capital financings experience.
• JD Required.
• Admittance to the Minnesota State Bar required.
