Personal Statement

I have been a teacher's assistant for over six years at Pennsylvania State University where I am a physics Ph.D. candidate. I have taught almost every physics course including mechanics concepts, magnetism, and thermal physics. I have also been a physics tutor as well where I designed lesson plans and lectures for calculus and algebra-based physics classes. Teaching is a passion of mine because I get to use different methods of explaining concepts that students are struggling in. This skill comes from my physics teaching experience.
