Personal Statement

I am currently a student at Temple University, pursuing my Bachelor of Science in chemistry. My goal after graduation is to then pursue my PhD in inorganic chemistry. As a tutor, I strive to develop a personalized learning program for each student that adapts to their individual needs as a learner. I feel this is more effective than expecting them to adapt to a particular teaching style. One of my passions as a tutor is helping my students to build a strong foundation in their subjects and instilling within them problem-solving skills that will serve them far beyond the end of their academic coursework.
