What is a PMO, and how does it work? This course focuses on the Project Management Office (PMO) and the governance techniques used to monitor and control the delivery of projects and programs. You’ll learn all about Portfolio management and the different kinds of PMOs in use today. You’ll also explore various approaches for building, maintaining and closing a PMO, as well as monitoring techniques to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
