La riforma del lavoro in Italia
About this Course
This course in Employment Law offers an up-to-date guide on the latest developments in the field after implementation of new labour law reforms known as the Jobs Act, and its related decrees. The Act was born after a recession crisis that hit the Italian economy and the reform has led – because of changing relations that emerged during its implementation - to substantial changes in the law, designed to respond more to the demands of the jobs market than to the individual worker. This massive change in approach opens up new scenarios, which offer an interesting challenge not only to academics and professionals in the field but to everyone, given that work is what sustains every active citizen.Created by: Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II
