About this Course

This course aims to equip executives/ Leaders with the Skills, Tactics and Strategies that are necessary to develop and implement effective retention strategies within their organizations. Participants will explore various retention methods and techniques that are relevant to the contemporary workforce, understand the importance of employee engagement, and learn how to create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that fosters long term commitment of the workforce.
